Letian Yu

Letian Yu (郁乐天), born in Shanghai, China, began learning the piano at the age of 5. In 2020, he was admitted to the Central Music School of Moscow, Russia (commonly known as the "Chai Yuan Attached Middle School" for the Gifted) to study in the Special Piano Department under the guidance of Professor Natalia Trull. During his time at the school, he was selected for the annual Outstanding Student Concert.

In 2023 he was awarded several prizes, including Second Prize in the CIPMF Piano Festival Competition, and First Place and First Prize in the Bartolomeo Cristofori St. Petersburg International Young Pianist Competition, and First Prize at the Liszt Society International Piano Competition.
