Sarah Lee is a Korean pianist who made her debut concert at 17 with Incheon Arts High School’s symphony in South Korea.

Sarah graduated from Incheon Arts High School at the top of the music class under Professor Minsuk Kim. Sarah completed her bachelor of music degree with Dr. Jikang Jung at Chongshin University in South Korea. She graduated as the valedictorian in the church music department and won 1st prize in the piano major. receiving the University’s President’s Award at the commencement ceremony. While earning her bachelor’s degree, she was awarded a full scholarship many times, and received the scholarship given to the 1st prize performer in the piano major.

Sarah received awards in many competitions in South Korea. She was the winner of Incheon Arts High School’s concerto competition. In addition, she had a concert selected as the 1st prize winner in a recital performed only by excellent students in the piano major. As an undergraduate, she was the piano major’s winner of the audition for Chongshin University’s 80th annual recital in the Church Music Department and performed in the piano department’s regular concerts every year from 2015 to 2017.

Sarah has participated in several masterclasses with Jonathan Biss, Ignat Solzhenitsyn, David Hyun-Su Kim, Dr. Joyce Lindorff, and Professor Sun Kyung Lee.

Sarah earned her master’s degree under Dr. Charles Abramovic at Temple University in May 2022, receiving the Jacobs Music Company Steinway Award. Currently, she is pursuing her doctorate degree under Dr. Abramovic and working as an accompanying assistant for the instrumental major’s studios and chamber classes at Temple University.
